1. Uninstall Old HWK Suite.

6. Go to C:\Windows\Prefetch and delete all files inside the Prefetch folder (for step 6 you can do it or not no problem).

8. This time hopefully HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000 will go smoothly without any error.

9. When HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000 finishes its instllation then go back to HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000 already opened window and click on Quit.

10. Now new setup should be insalled successfully. At this time you may use any of HWK modules without any error.

11. Uninstall old usb driver restart your windows xp sp2 after that put or find new usb driver for your box (C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver) and run update client to update your box until update succesfully completted.

NB: AFTER COMPLETE INSTALL HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000 AND HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000 finishes without any error of HWK modules BEFORE YOU CONNECT TO "Official HWK Support Area" YOU TRY TO RUN "SeDBx" FIRST AND CONNECT YOUR BOX WITHOUT ANY ERROR AGAIN AND DON`T CLOSE IT. NOW RUN "Official HWK Support Area" THAT WILL DETECTED YOUR HWK ORI ID AND YOU CAN ENTER SUPPORT AREA WITHOUT PROBLEM OR DATA ERROR. Why u are waisting time. see my attached pic and reed my post carefully.
On one pc where i download this HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000
it\s working fine but on other 2 pc it's not working for me and giveing me same error.
Call to RegDBQueryKey failed.
for the first time i m unable to solve my problem and handsup
I m much much upset had waist a lot of time to solve this problem but no success.
Plz supporter help me to solve this problem.

1 unistall all hwk suite
2 install hwksuite v2.06.00 exe (excutable) not the main setup
3 update u hwk with client

4 install hwksuite v2.06.00 (main setup)
5 install again hwksuite v2.06.0 (excutable)exe u show repare or remove
6 repare and all its ok

i have the same problem.suite works perfect to my main pc that its conected to internet but when i go to install suite to my laptop i have the same problem that you are speaking about.i cant instal the suite in my laptop BIG PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well done, Installing HWK setup.
Clearly no need to uninstall what you have installed hwk versions.
1 just connect the box
2 launch the hwk support setup suite 2.06.0000000
3 continue if you wish to upadte hwk upgrade..done
4 launch the setup suite 2.06.00
last options
modify
repair
remove. then select repair done. Launching DCTxBB% in the window. thats it...

How did i solve this problem of TWO PCs,

Please read carefully,
First uninstall all the previous versions,
Then Run the HWK support suite with attached Box after completion of install run Run HWK client let it again upgrade your HWK bcs i think it copies a files from the server to your Computer every time u upgrade don't worry it will upgrade your HWK again with the other computer & necessary file will be copied on your Hard disk to run the main setup when u finish with upgrade.

Just run main setup everything will go smoothly.

Take zip files from support.
Unpack in sarasoft smsung directori
format epp and NAND wit the code
flash phone with out batery
And if it necesary format again epp with code *2767*3855#

im new to hwk and im tryin hard to install this *** damn suite for 3 days and no success...

here is the solution and i hope it will help to all who are not able to install v2.0.6.0


1) install 2.0.5. upto 2.0.5.007 all updates one by one
2) Extract Attached file and run setup.bat file from it then run re.reg file( THanks goes to Dengel for his work)
3) Restart Your Computer.
4) Install v2.0.6.0 it will show u error saying something that dengle prefetch is installed but no problem press OOk and setup will continue.
5) After installing and when u run DCTxBB5 & SAM, if u get error not authorized copy use original installer, then run setup v2.0.6.0 again and do repair.


Everything will be Ook, hopefully

Yes, this really is poor from HWK team, i mean they know there was troubles with users installing last versions, and now this time round it is not any better, still, windows will probably get the blame for it....
