I have one alcatel 311 with keys 7,8,9 not work
I try find line on good phone but w/o success

any soolution for repair, i don´t have SM

your phone have a CPU problem , attach paper to your phone CPU , to check if
your phone CPU, have a poor contact with the board.
try this , it works.

One thing though you should be aware of is that the casing around the CPU is soldered to the board and is not very easy to remove. Do this with extreme caustion, or you'll end up with a dead board.

And yes, if keys not working, you have in 90% of the cases with this phone model a CPU problem. Either reflow it after removal of casing or even batter reball it.

not CPU problem, but broken links, if found way in good phone
now all keys works again

Great, then it was one of those 10% phones

Maybe you are able to post a picture of the exact spot / area where fault was, for future reference for all members to see !
