Changed with correct pid 5039D-2BALGB1 and upgraded succesfully with tool. Now demo is gone

How can i remove this demo mode on this phone when start up it works as normal after awhile it keeps switching to demo mode...and i find it funny that there no official rom to flash this phone...this is the only forum i see talking about this issue i haven't find nothing else on the internet saying about this demo mode on this phone...im familiar with flashing firmwares but idk anything about pid u guys speak of, so can somebody help me out here what to do

so MobileUpgrade won't update/reflash it, so

few ideas :

1 - read and check traceability partition, to see which is the current PID in device
1a - changing PID to retail one, then again use MobileUpgrade

2 - read firmware from working device (make all security backups first from your demo phone),
then write to demo device

3 - (if phone allows) bootloader unlock, magisk, root, Titanium backup or similar - to remove demo*.apk

there are more ideas, but these are first to do.

p.s. You can try checking the PID with some of these codes :

Enter MMI test
Input *#2886# in the dial pad (GL version)
Input *#*#2886#*#* in the dial pad (AUCHAN version)

To check the software version
Input *#3228# in the dial pad (GL version)
Input *#*#3228#*#* in the dial pad (AUCHAN version)

I removed the demo apk via adb but now the phone just keeps rebooting

what is the original pid, or from which country ?

mandatory, before any playing with phone is to make FULL backup
of firmware, security partitions, etc.

on new phones, irreversible damage can be made, where only authorized
service center can help.

its 5029d(5029d_eea) idk nothing about pids... but what i can say the phone is completly dead right now its not turning on. but does read in preloader mode just that there is no rom for it that i could flash it...its bricked and the upgrade tool still doesnt fix it. says there is no version greater n what not... i really dk what to do right now

several solutions possible :

- to find working phone and read backup, write to dead phone
- visit some authorized TCL service center, so they can reflash it for you (you can always say it just got bricked by itself)
- use paid remote flashing services
