i have this model Alcatel , he don't connected to other network after unlocked it full signal bar but cannot connected to internet i put APN manually same problem any face this problem need help urgently

If the device asked for code and you entered it,
it accepted and said "unlock done" or "unlocked",
Then - your APN is not good.

example:

- apn (ie: tele2net)
- dial no. (ie: *99#)
- user
- password
- protocol

I have HH41V form carrier VIP Serbia

I would like to unlock it so I tought that maybe firmware upgrade would give me better results and unlock more user interface options like those present at various screenshots on internet.

This tool with manual would be something nice to play with if you are willing to share.

There are no basically any new features
In any of such modems, beside those that are already there.
Those are simple/basic 4g routers, nothing else.
Updates are just security patches, for known vulnerabilities and thats it.
Alcatel/tcl are very basic devices with poor support,
aimed at low-level market segment,
So nothing special to expect from it.

There is even no retail version of firmware on support,
Only carrier customized versions, locked to certain bands,
And probably fratures.

All of that is worth nothing, since domestic operaters
Use private ip ranges for 4g users, so simple network options
like port forwarding are useless.
(You dont have public ip address on your device)

I was looking at some screenshots online and I tought I saw more developed GUI - like more options. To be honest I dont need more that I currently have, but router is bugging every now and than - at least once a day. So I thought because my FW version is low 2.00.05 and that there are a lot bigger numbers that at least those would be more stable at its primary task.

I thought that my unit is bugged ans so I bought same ones on flea market for cheap, but all these are total crap.

Than I bought nice Huawei router - but that one is locked with 16 digit code (meaning there is no easy way to unlock it)

And so I am back with this crap. Hoping that FW upgrade would solve connection issues.

Hello, I have the same problem that it doesn't connect to the internet after unlocking, it only works with Claro, even if I add another profile, it's the same thing. I would like to change the software on my computer to see if it can connect, thank you very much before hand

Hello Alex. I was wondering if you could send me those tools as well ? I have an Alcatel that got bricked when someone tried to upgrade the firmware. It's model HH41NH-2BLZCA2.
The only thing I seem to be able to do is ping it at 192.168.1.1. The web interface doesn't come up, doesn't seem to accept any other connections like SSH or Telnet.
