1. That device will accept only factory signed ROM. No flashing read-back rom. 2. Easy way - use Mobile Upgrade to reflash it. 3. After flashing, remove battery, re-attach, connect charger 4. If device shows charging ... but dont react to power on button ... probably faulty button. 5. If device still dead, but after plugging to usb cable shows USB Vcom etc, probably faulty eMMC/RAM/etc. [Hardware issue] 6. You can also try, to read ProInfo partition, fully erase device (without preloader) - via SPFlashTools, write back ProInfo partition, again use Mobile Upgrade. (In some cases MAY help this way) b.r.
