i tried but alcatel mobile tool did not connect mobile stuck on scaining mobile

- recharge battery on external power source, retry process. if failed :
- try another usb port, dont use usb hub.
- try another pc
- check usb connector on phone.
- try connecting device while holding volume keys

- Does it react to SPFlashTools flashing or anything else ?
- When you plug it in pc, does some COM port appear ?

If NOT... time to check USB connector on phone, cable, USB ports, etc.
