I'm really confused about this L6 LCD problem !!! - GSM-Forum

I got L6 set with LCD problem, in boot mode it's lighted & displays boot msg OK , but when powering it on it powers on & sounds the welcome melody OK & make calls but doesn't light neither display anything !!!

I have searched here & in other forums too & found some solutions for such similar problem; some to reflow the display IC & some said it's software problem & that i have to flash it with certain flash file & have already did flashed it with it also have reflowed display IC but all with no solve it.

Till now i havn't tried another LCD cause i don't have one already, but i don't think it could be LCD fault at all due what i have mentioned above.

What it can be ???!!!

if in bootloader display is okey thats means ur phone in blank mode
use ultima box to repairing it

i had a similar pb ,and i change lcd ,it work for few days and started back ,i had to flash phone with smart moto and everything was ok.good luck and courage

I was haaving the same problem. Two times I sent it to Service Centre & at the end I changed it.

No Luck!!

Brother see the attachment
Remove the cover wich is mentioned in picture.this is the camera and display processor under the cover.after removing cover check the phone display if no response
1st:heat the ic
2nd:reball the ic
3rd:change the ic
when I have this problem i only removed the cover and phone display was ok

Read the video setting from another l6 and write the video settings in it , use mss to do that or anytool that make this kind of job.
