why is everybody saying it is software problem?The guy said the keypad is not working.

i flashed the fone with tested files no results.can u guide how can we remove capacitors and where they r.

If cos of liquid damage, most ceramics & capacitors may corrode to thermister-resister mode. Check components that may have taken these transformation. eg. remove a ceramic on the top left of the keyplate then test.
tested ok for 3 years
