Motorola t191 baterey hot msg on display? - GSM-Forum

Hi.
Today I found very strange problemm. Motorola t191 says "baterey hot" when connecting charger. So how to repair this?

sorry but you must change baterry .

Charger and baterey already changed but still same. Also after rehot pcb then dead.
Anywhere thanks for your simple suggestion
