It won't stop pressing the numbers 5 and 6, which makes it impossible to even get into my phone since I have a start-up lock on it.. it also keeps adjusting the volume to "6". I assume I got the virus from downloading things off my mobile internet. Stupid! :/ Is there any way I can master reset my phone without actually getting into it? It is impossible to type in my password (like I said, my phone won't stop pressing buttons and unfortunately the ones its entering are NOT the ones of my pin) to unlock my phone to get into settings. HELP! |
