sir is it help for v3 show charging but cannot load to battery i mean cannot full battery its always 1 bar...is it solve this problem?pls anyone have encountered this kind of problem and solve it?

Dear Bro. V3 and other similar pone requires 5v +/- 5% for charging check charger voltage, without connected and again when connected to mobile
