Does any warning message you got?
To repair it , just flash, power on phone, power off and unlock again.

With this error 4/13, mt-box no longer detect the phone when you try to flash the phone. So I used setool to flash the phone and reunlock with mt-box.

Close software, disconnect box from usb and start again.
Also reconnect phone battery.

Yes K800 alive after flash but now for unlock I need to pay 5+5+5 credits or maybe more if my k800 again death after unlock......

I think that server should remember imei number like with nokia phones or wait for succes unlock - and then get credit.

Why I need to pay 3 times for 1 k800 unlock?

I am give explanation how to unlock the DB2020 phones in FAQ, and what need to check before start. If you carefully read and follow instructions cant lose no any log.

I faced same problem, I try to unlock w850 and phone was dead with same error, and i follow all the steps requiered
