you never can authorize this phone!!!!!
you have a bad simlock data!!!!!
if dont have a backup of simlock need to make RPL file to restore it!
dot try anymore before restore simlock data only do slowly server for these who real needed. if you try to unlock this phone before simlock data damged then you have a 134 filed backup, restore it and check simlock data.

@911GT! I flash my phone software version 1.35 phone goes IMEI 1234???? I erased flash and write Backup IMEI phone IMEI is OK . Now I write back up pm using with “SX4” option. any solution or only now ask to rpl solution.

yes your simlock state is ok and you can use sx4

try to write only 134(308) field if PM if from this phone.
restart phone and check simlock state.
if you have a PM backup and simlock again is bad after 134 field then need to flash phone on a version who is when you make a PM Backup and then to restore 134 then you will have a good simlock state.
if not then the way is only one ASK2RPL
