WHEN I ATACH IT I HAVE THIS MSG

First thing to try is upgrading to the latest version then post back if you are still having problems.

Are there any error messages (they appear in red) that show?

After you Have Latest Exe,
Make sure your phones Battery is Fully Charged.
You get this problem with Low Battery.

hey man uncheck the tow checks under boot mode.

yes uncheck that two option and Be sure you use fully charged battery
