A36 don't accept Sim Card - GSM-Forum

Hi!

I have an A36 version 13 that can read a card

When I put a card on the mobile it says:"Insert Sim Card"

What can I do to solve this?! open the mobile and clean? or exists soft to repair this?!

must a the card "reader" prob.

Desassemble the phone, clean the contacs very well, check with a new set of contacts and test

I'm almost 100% sure it is hardware problem... try replacing sim reader...

Problem solved

It was sim card that have some pins wrong
