its a big hello to all the experts out there.......siemens ax 72 dead after unlock with joker...please help me with full flashfile and step by step procedure of flashing with joker...

1. Download Full repair flash from here
2. Download Joker easy edition from here
3. Open Joker easy edition
4. Select phone model, com-port... (like you did when you unlocked your mobile)
5. Write the AX72 repair flash you just downloaded
6. Go to SKEY tab and press Unlock/Repair

Done!

Hello, i can't flash my AX72 , but i can with JOKER > SERVICE > SERVICE MODE > DEL INSTANCES > DEFRAG EEP > ... = always phone dead ... you can help me with any solution for this dead phone please ...

...I give to you solution. FULLFLASH your phone included bootcore area. Make testpoint and use SERVICE cable for connection. That is.

...serial service cable for E-gold phones use only RX, TX and GND way. USB service cable for E-Gold phones is DCA510.

any time l use joker to format a phone then it go dead.l dont know what do with the joker
