remove battery from phone then connect using nec 3g usb unlock cable allow pc to load drives ten un gx15 flashing tool, if correctly installed one of the com ports on the sw will be highlighted, now select file to flash to phone and allow sw to do its job (takes approx 15 mins)

THESE 3 COLUMS R IN SHARP UP TOOL
Program = Firmware .
Filesystem = Your files & configuration.
Diag = Only can extract it, its the binary code of the diag menu.
Firms&filesystems are in .mot extension, you can extract it..
If you want to upload to your phone a new firmware (using an official firmware) you must do the following:
Go to the folder where you installed The GX15 Upgrading Tool ( c:\program files\The GX15 Updrading Tool ) and open a file called flash.ini (the file is hidden, you must have in windows activated the option to show hidden files)
Find in flash.ini a line containing INITIALIZE_MODE = 0x01
Change it with INITIALIZE_MODE = 0x00
Save the file
Now open The GX15 Upgrading Tool, you will see less options in the program, now you can flash original sharp firmwares into your phone.
If you want to upload&download extracted firmwares from other phones (not official firmwares) see http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=229714
look at http://sharp.hacked.in , i recommend you to try the firmware A02-007-0243-GX15-HACK_NEUTRINO-[full_games] (you will be very surprised) (use official flash format to flash it => INITIALIZE_MODE = 0x00)
