..unlock with the papuautils. It is easy!

hi to all!
i have one c72 V22 to unlock but i don't know why i can't

i sent px75v1 to the phone and give me the hash and esn key (i use the papua one)
but when i put in the program, it appears the following error:

does someone knows what's the problem?
