3650 handsfree indicator always on - GSM-Forum

i need some help.. my 3650 v 4.13 handsfree indicator always on and cause no tones & ring. i try flashing sw & cleaning board but nothing.
anyone have solution..??

hi man its hardware problem
try to remove handfree jack and test the phone if solved your problem clean the handfree jack & iths tipe

just change bottom connector nothing else

I just remove charging & headset connector, not work!

Maybe UEM chip error?

Remove it and replace it with a good one , and it will work for sure.

I want to change UEM, but i don't have rpl for rebuild imei.

Befor starting to change things could not be the cause of the deffect , that time after all the effort and cost U'r forced to follow the basic rules !.
Check the headset detect line pathway (From headset socket to the UEM), download a service manual and follow the schematic , also check the internal SW inside the headset jack ( it is allways ON ).

1st - Check phone headset&charging connector (my opinion as others said, problem might be from here)
2nd - Check the headset (also might have problems, or work ok on other phones?)

I remove charging conector from phone now, but headset indicator still on.

olso remove R351 R346 R349 R342 C332 Z331 Z330 maybe it is damage.

please advice..
