Spanish is Espanol right? if it is then yes the new firmware has Spanish.

differences are it gets rid off pink focus and ability to change font although imo the menu to widget transition is much smoother and the phone in general is much smoother.

i am not too sure bout the camera haven't really tried it

When you test the camera please let me know if the autofocus works faster, or if the pics still get blurry after the second.

Guys, do you think and Pixon (M8800) firmware could be used on F480? And is there a good reason (i.e. some good functionality in Pixon's firmware) that someone would try this stunt?

Hey guys,
Hope everyone is OK.
Just came on here after a few months and realised their are so many new firmwares.
the (F480XEIB1) is the latest!
I was about to flash when i realised that it would change my screensaver back to the silly flower screensaver. I then had a quick look to see if anybody had been able to CHANGE the screensaver yet and found a link in a thread to Handy-tools.de (that website is down)
Can anybody tell me if it IS possible to change the screensaver yet (gringosteve says it is possible via that website but then denied it so i am confused)
and IS it possible to mix the Hugo Boss firmware with this new firmware to get Hugo Boss screensavers but fast scrolling speeds and new fonts.

I would be very very grateful to anybody who answers my questions. Thanks

Well updated to the new B1 & works very well, camera seems very good, maybe slightly quicker at menus, samsung pc studio is still ****e but cant have it all, I'll test bluetooth later & update as this doesnt seem that great on modem for internet, time will tell, but overall works well I'd say.

I have the same problem here, after firmware upgrade, the phone has no backlight, all functions otherwise work fine. i can see the lcd, but no backlight what so ever. Does anyone have a fix for this? the illusive F480t firmware f480dvi*** seems imposible to find, but would this fix the problem? I cant see why the backlight would be effected with different versions of firmware, its still an F480 after all.
any help would be appreciated.

plz someone help me!!!! i have the F480L and im stuck at the downloader page it just isnt happening i pressed all the keys together and nothing....i read before that ppl that have the F480L also faces this problem was there a solution plz help i need to flash my phone this *****!!!

It won't happen L version is without 3g support and AFAIK on diferent platform, so sorry, no flashing with qualcomm fw

should you read previous post you'd know
