hi friends,when i install box. usb <.> serial canot find from sistem i try manually C:\Program Files\UST Pro 2\Drivers but ...please help me................... i requested more time.suggestion is not possible for my problem.i formated my computer also but same.please....

check usb connectors.....? R they working

Try first install smart card driver, next remove all ftdi drivers, reboot, install ustpro software, when if asked connect box, connect box install drivers manual C:\Program Files\UST Pro 2\Drivers when finished install, reboot computer. Good LUCK!!!
