hi friends, i got ust box setup. but when i install box it says (ust.pro 2 error file not found c\windows\system32\FTDIUN2K.INI)what is this.please help me.

your windows is not good please change windows for your pc

thanks, i changed windows two times but same.when i conuct box computer says USB<.>serial not found .please..........what is this. where i i'll get it. i serch all support section.but will not find.

please search this file and find this in the windows drive
FTDIUN2K.INI
and your box succesfull install?????
and see your box com port in the device manager this will lower com10
