How to flash A411 with A411_NEW_PATCH.qcr - GSM-Forum

I tried to Unlock a Telstra A411 by fast direct unlock but failed.
"Searching for UMTS phone...
Detecting phone on RJ45 port...
Phone has been detected!
Reading data from phone...
Read failed, invalid data or unsupported simlock!
Restart phone, and TRY AGAIN!
Elapsed Time (00:03)"

Then I downloaded A411_NEW_PATCH.qcr from support and tried to flash it into the phone. But when using V804 RJ cable, program said
"Loading flash file...
Flash file loaded OK!
Searching for UMTS phone...
Phone not found!
Elapsed Time (00:00)"

Then connect phone direct to computer usb port and put phone to download mode. Click Flash and program said
"Please change phone's ComPort to a port between 1 and 16 (in DeviceManager)"
However I cannot find anything related to Samsung Phone in Device Manager under Ports(COM&LPT).

Please help!!!

check modem mate change port 1 to 9,,, use rj45 and usb combo cable then try again

Yes, you are right mate. I changed the port of modem and it found the phone. However encountered new problems. Here is the log after flash:

"Loading flash file...
Flash file loaded OK!
Searching for UMTS phone...
Phone detected! : COM9
Programming flash...
ERR_UNKNOWN_ACK
Elapsed Time (00:59)
"

Then I tried to unlock and the log said:
"Reading data from box...
Searching for UMTS phone on box port...
Phone detected on box port!
Please wait...
Phone not found!
Elapsed Time (00:03)"

Need further help!!!

Hi bro.use cable j45(v804)+usb flash file NEW_PATCH 100% WILL OK.

Its new security. You can't unlock with UST Pro.

I was using v804 combo cable and even tried to patch the phone with patchfile downloaded from NSpro support site (successfully flashed), but still cannot unlock the phone by "direct unlock" or "fast direct unlock".

I think nasirahmed is right, this is new security and cannot be unlocked by UST PRO2.

I said that because I got 3 A411 last week. I could not manage to unlock those 3 units with UST Pro2 and NS Pro. I tried all possibilities. But I unlocked many A411 earlier without porblem. At last Micro-BOx did that. I also wrote this somewhere in this forum.

Would you please advise me of the way to unlock A411 using Micro-Box. I got one Micro-Box yesterday, but can not unlock the phone. Here is the log:
