I have problem installing box

Hi,

I have a problem when I install UST Por2, is the worst unlock box that I never seen. Every time that I install the software I can't use Outlook and the language of my windows is bad too, now there are a lot of arabic words that appears in my keyboard.

Please repair your soft and do something for us!!!! Is the third time that I must to format my computer in 2 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UST PRO2 IS KILLING OUR OS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So don't say more: "The problem is your OS" because the real problem is your software.

I have this problem with Windows SP2 and Windows SP3, who pay me the hours that I must to spent formating my computer and installing again all boxes? I spent arround 8 hours for formating and install all again.

For all users: you can solve this problem by the next way:

1. Go to program files and copy the UST Pro2 folder into a pendrive (not in other folder into C: or in a external hard disk), when you have copy it unplug the pendrive.

2. Go to: Program - Accessories - System Tool - Restart system, and restart it to the day before the UST instalation.

3. When your coputer is restarted copy the folder of UST of your pendrive in: C: Program files

With it you'll have the windows repair and UST Pro2 box with last version

NO 1 Denied that ust software has sm bugs but none of what u mentioned anyway
i have my ust working PERFECT but sm times mess up when i work or install another Box like cruiser or setool on the same port
Sp3 not working fine with software boxes
&BTW i never faced installation Problems sm times i get issues while ust is working
am Using Original XP SP2 professional

PK2, you are rigth!, It happened me too, just like you say, with OExp and with language, but I did not wanna tell this because I think I was crazy, or someone could tell me exactly the same, but I can see what happened to me was true!, nobody can say either it is OS problem, or at least SP3 problem, cause, all other soft and boxes go quite well with this OS version.
My solution is to have a separate HD with only UST installed, and when I have to use it, I must disconnect fisically main HD and connect UST HD to avoid problems with all my works. Really, an expensive solution, but it finishes to be CHEAP thinking big problems made with UST.

Please, you only must to write in UST Pro 2 forum the word "outlook" you can see more users with same problem, but the UST programer I think don't want see the problem.

I can't give you any screenshot because the box work perfect, is the Windows XP who is crasy. I have original Windows XP home edition and I was trying with SP2 and SP3 and have same result. I'm working all day and all the night until leave my computer working 100%

Why the UST programer don't spent some of his time in solve us this problem?

I think the best solution will be upload at the server the UST Pro 2 folder into a zip every time that will be a new version, because the instaler kill our OS.

because ust &Any other software work under .net Framework so are u installing lastest .net framework?
&Btw Home edition is the worst OS ever

I have Framework 2.0 installing in my computer, abaut Windows XP home edition I don't have any problem with other unlock boxes: JAF, BB5Box, Polar, Easy unlocker, MT Box, SEtool, HWK, Infinity, Smart clip, Furious, ..........

i think you should install in different computer without having installed other unlocking/flashing devices. that's the common problem in ust pro2 when installed in a computer that has unlocking/flashing devices installed on it. it conflicts on drivers. when it is installed in other computer without other unlocking/flashing installed pretty sure it will work better without problem.

Thanks for your solution, but this is not a good solution, for this season UST pro 2 would give free a computer with every box that they sell, hehehehehehe.

UST Software is the hardest software anyway other is so lite software with sm technical bugs not in programming like UST

I don't go to say you that it is not the hardest sofware, but if programers can't solve this problem is so easy like update the UST installer file (*.exe) and the folder "UST Pro 2" into a zip file, of this way the users can select the file that they want and problem solved, don't think so?

I reformat also may computer and reinstall may os because of driver conflict of ust pro2 driver
