Same problem here. Network FULL, but doesnt making or receving calls at all.
Tried everything around software, without results.
If is it HW problem, can anyone give me solution please?. It's 100% HW problem.

(2) rebuild imei
always when insert sim after this code *2767*3855# 100% will work network
