Some Question for Network specialists

hello,<br />I have built a coputer Network consisting of my Computer and my Notebook and it works to some extent, it's my first try and i am a newbie in this field.<br />What i am trying to do is to use certain software simultanoesly on both Computers and more important to be able to access the Internet with Notebook and the PC, I have a flatrate tarif and something like a cable connection to the internet provider and can only surf the Internet with my PC and not with the Notebook.<br />I use the Direct PC to PC over the LPT1 and the small Network is working but i can only access the files which are in the Folder my document, how can i change it so that i could access the whole files on the HD? one way is to move all the files to the folder my documents but it's not very practical, is there any other way?<br />when i try to use prog like Internet explorer over my Notebook, it can not connect to internet, i am sure that it is possible because some people have told me that they do it.<br />can anybody help me please? it may help some other friends as well.<br />i'll be grateful for any kind of help and advice, i am sure we have a lot of computer experts in our forum.<br />Best regards<br />Meam <img src="wink.gif" border="0">
