Problem witch siemens cf75

Hi.

Using the last version of DBSS, in test point boot mode, when Y tryin to read info or any other operation at this phone(CF75), the phone stop in "Powering phone..."

PS.: NOT SHOW ME "OK" AFTER "Powering phone..."

Any body can help me?

Did you have problem with other phones?

Such reasons are possible:
1. You forgot to connect one of cables (cable of battery, or phone's cable)
2. You muddle up box's slots (DATA and SERVICE) - phone cable should be connected to DATA slot.
3. Phone has hardware damage.
4. One of cables was damaged.

WIch other phones, all is OK!

And if I select auto boot mode; wich battery, the phone dont power, but using test point cable, the phone power but ont work....

I thinks is a bug.

Using testpoint boot,

After of power phone the DBSS show me the picture of test point.

In other models, first power on phone, before, show image wich test point!

Can you send ALL log files from DBSS with your forum's name and problem description to us? (Program Files->DreamBox->bin ALL .log files)

When you use Auto boot mode for CF75, please use battery! Use power from box only in Testpoint mode.

I thinks is a bug.

Using testpoint boot,

After of power phone the DBSS show me the picture of test point.

In other models, first power on phone, before, show image wich test point!

This is normal. Maybe battery cable or phone cable is damage. Please check it.
