Alcatel program not connect phones, give 301201 error using serial com port(phone not detected).
Sony ericsson program + Twister as interface works fine. Thank in advance for help.

Hi

What cablwe do you use.

I have used my cable to unlock a 735 and it worked fine but i had to do a bit of trial and error to find out how.

Connect the cable to the computer.
Do NOT connect anything ot the 9V battery clip (If it is there).
Connect the cable to the phone.
Press the button to unlock.

Battery must be in phone and be charged and phone must be turned off..

This worked for me. If you cannot get it working, maybe the cable is defective..

I unlocked a BG31p (331p) and I must put in the 9 V. battery to the com cable. Worked fine.
