Member: | @infogsm Why to stop posting? This will help us undertand what customers need. Is not all about this in each bussiness? To undertand customer needs and to come with the best solution for him at a resonable price? @inovator (and all) We are trying our best to give support for existing platforms. You can see and count how many updates we give for each tool. Also we ask you to give us time (not so much ) to improve all what we start. We not say that we are 'first in world' or 'the best', but we belive that we give VERRY GOOD support for THE CHEAPEST Multiplatform solution from this market. Few ppl belive that we can rezist so long time, but with the resellers help and the end-user help (buying USB SMART and activations) you can see after few months that USB SMART is the most wanted and the most sale dongle. Thank you TO ALL for suporting us. Best Regards, Manole |

Member: 152102 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Stability of current versions Stability of the currently supported models would be good. Such as not having to stuff around with the 3G Moto platform unlocking procedure to get the phone to boot when finnished. Up to date flex for V3x etc, and a DETAILED list of error codes would be nice. The coders put the bloody things in to the program so someone, somewhere MUST know what they represent. If there is going to be no COMPREHENSIVE guide to USB-Smart at least include error code descriptions. I'm no noob to this, in-fact I run a service center for a major service provider and I still have trouble with USB-Smart. I'm trying to stay with one platform but the USB-Smart team are making it hard especially with the Moto stuff. |
