try different pc , different cables , else contact your resseler , read your serial using SN_Reader ; if it is changed , send it including the original one to (Julvir or your Resseler) he will send you your new key file, ...

redbox is disposable, don´t wait for julvir support, you simply won´t get it. I´ve got 2 redbox II as paper weight here, due to "key not found", and only answer "contact your reseller".

so, if your reseller cannot solve this, forget about it, you just trashed some hundreds bucks.
