use userport to solve this problem

very strange for me is work , on XP too

you not need to use userport , i have done something for work directly

use in 98

but i will look for this is next version

i think there is no any problem in using userport
it is design for spacialy for win nt platfarm
it give more access to ports than without
if you do some thing for then why customer say you this words...
