Redbox serial: 00000000


2 weeks i used my redbox without any problem....
monday i took my redbox out of my laptopbag, and tryed to start LG
It did not start
I used serial reader
it gave me: 0000000000000

How to solve ???

Try to launch philips commander, close, then launch LG.

as you know your laptop have kill one NEC dongle now the redbox , better for you to not use with dongle

connect on your desktop and run philips , if this not help you , send back redbox , like for NEC

check if you connect the USB power.. or ifthere is something wrong with USB power..

as you know nec was from a customer.....
so it was not my laptop
