KE970 problem to connect with polar box 2. ::: ANSWERED ::: - GSM-Forum

Dear PB Team,
While polar box said that "Please keep pressed power button until process finish" i press turn on and appear the following hardware to install driver (USB DEVICE):

Then i continue pressing turn on button and the phone fully turn on and the box do not recognise the phone, i have 2 ke970 with same problem.

What can i do?

if phone is dead that can be damaged and can also damage box
if phone if ok, then check if polar work correctly with other phones

The phone is OK, and are two ke970.

The cable is also ok, because im unlocking other lg without problems. Im trying with lg KG800 USB cable, its correct one?

Any other solutions??

No, that cable is not correct, you should use KG800 RJ45 not USB, this info from PolarBox Soft:
:: Polar Service Software ::
=======================
Selected Lg KE-970
=======================
- Phone Status OFF
- Use LG Kg 320 / Kg 800 Datacable

It looks like KE500, same connector, but pinout is different.

Always follow polar instructor in back window when u select model.
