Need help with Blackberry 9530 Bell [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I get unlock code from polar box server for my Blackberry 9530.
I get same code from server 2times and loose 40credits but when i put it in phone wrong code message appear on screen phone.
I attempted 10 times ..now there is no attempt left ... what i did was
Setting >
Option >
Advance Option >
Sim Card and entered MEPD ..AND MEP2
Now nothing comes up.
Any solution? Why Polar server provider me wrong code and took credits from my account?
Please Polar team do something for me. Thank u.

HI FRIEND SERVER DONT GAVE WRONG CODE,COMPLETELY YOUR MISTAKE,WHY YOU DONT REPORT AFTER 1ST ATTEMPT THAT WRONG CODE MESSAGE IS COMING,WE ARE ALWAYS HERE TO GUIDE,YOU ENTERED 10x TIMES WRONG NOW MEP COUNTER BLOCK,NO SOLUTION FOR COUNTER RESET YET,PATIENCE.

yeh theres no solution on any box at the mo. youll have to use dm3 as only they can reset counter.

i havent had a wrong code yet from polar box, so its a bit of a suprise. it gives unlock code based on phones mep so only gives you 1 code, which had been correct for me all the time so far

This is blackberry log from server first time 20credits and second time 20credits and same code.
I decide to put this code after 10times Network lock.
Custumer took the phone i can't send you mep.
