NEED HELP with Blackberry Logger download - GSM-Forum

I am SO beyond frustrated. My aunt gave me her blackberry 8330 world edition that she is not using anymore from Verizon. I am in the military overseas and trying to use it as a prepaid phone through Vodafone. I purchased an unlock code through mobileunlockingcode.com. They gave me a code, I tried twice and it didn't work. It said error. They asked me for my MEP number and gave me the links for Blackberry Logger for my mac. I opened it, and the stupid little reader box comes up but is NOT reading anything. I already know my IMEI number but this download is not working. I need help. What could be wrong? Who can I contact for help? Someone please help me. Im going nuts trying to figure this out.

friend..
Mep reader or BB logger I have seen only run on Windows OS.

Try on ordinary windows PC to read MEP.

Is ur phone password protected ?
if yes, wipe ur device then plug ur phone on mec
it will work for you.

delower10 - that is the one i tried. people keep sending to me. That is the one that is not working for me. Tried it like twenty times!
