Problems trying to unlock samsung s5230:::SOLVED::: - GSM-Forum

Hello,Im trying to unlock a samsung gt-s5230 and I cant.Before installing the drivers I clicked on read and recieved the message:Phone not respond but after installing the drivers,I dont receive any message.I only can click the STOP button.Its like the polar is reading it but nothing.Any sugestions?

Clean phone connector/change usb port and restart Pc. then repeat process.
Cables to use is E210 rj45+usb.. keep hold cable tide to phone connector.
