The product is ok, but the customer service *****, I have been posting and posting and re upping a problem with the v235 GOT software package and keep getting ignored.

So GOT PRODUCT=GOOD ................. GOT CUSTOMER SERVICE=*****

i have read some of post regarding v235.
actually u want something is not available yet.
all u want only upgrading.
yes we know got package is damaged but shx also exist .
so wait for new package if u need firmware upgrade badly.

GOT is a very good product,, if they continue to update, it is probably the best bargain out there. If you can't make money with GOT then you need to examine what you are doing.
