Member: 270521 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.15962233 Thanks Meter: 369 | Having problem with the preivous jobs i have fresh windows installed and after i installed 5.4 and i cant see the previous submission or history at all i have submitted for tmobile sidekick and i cant see it anymore in my cliet as all new submission i can see and working fine thanks |

Member: 669827 Status: Offline Sonork: 1576281 Thanks Meter: 3,099 | Just do this sir, it HAS to work, there is no other way: Reset your activation code: Support -> Personal Info -> Show -> Reset Activation, make sure you use the code you received in your e-mail the first time your account was created. Then the client will ask to restart - do this. Go in the installation folder of the client and delete all the files in the FINISHED JOBS folder, here: /program files/allgsmunlock/finished jobs After you have done this, select HISTORY from the menu in the client then click SHOW (make sure you also select INVALIDS at the bottom of the history window). You will see a list of ticket files, you need to click download for each of them and all your completed jobs will be there. If that doesn't work, then you are either not doing it correctly or you are using an incorrect activation code. Also, make sure you have selected INVALIDS at the bottom of the STATUS/HISTORY windows. |
