More Than One Month, Credits Still Not Refunded!!!

On 4 dec 2007 I contacted Davinci Support, to refund my credits!

But the said I needed to contact my reseller (YOU aka allGSMunlock), so the same day I spoke to you about this problem and you said that you will speak to admin for refund my LOST credits.

After a few I still heard nothing from you, so I talked to you again. And now you were saying that you couldn't find admin. But I didn't need to worried, you lost credits will be refunded.

NOW, 7 jan 2008!!! Still nothing and my LOST credits from my davinci account are still not refunded!!! And you're never online with MSN and you don't reply any emails.

Really, I'm disappointed the way you givin' support for this. 'Cause normally you are supported.

Please just refund my credits to my davinci account: 14769
