The fact is that you have done something wrong during unlocking process because the phone is in boot mode now.

Where is your log of unlocking process?
The problem can be located at hardware software level. So log file would help to understand the reason of your issue.

Was temporary backup created during unlocking?

Now I can advice you to flash the phone with some higher firmware version of pcf file. For example R26111LD_U_96.80.51R

with 2 pieces of V3xx same thing happend unlocked successfully Temporary backup restored successfully i unlocked around 12 v3xx without any problem but these 2 phones after successfully recovered the backup but could not power on normal mode only power on in BootMode one i flash using .mfw flash file from AT&T because it was AT&T , the fone is totally dead now not detected by pc or smart moto with or without TP this 2nd fone atleast detects by SmartMoto & PC so i flash it with Scout Flasher but it gives me library error and with RSD lite using .shx file also give mismatch error. so i don't know where i did wrong. support says flash it using .mfw using SmartTP method but i'm afraid it shldn't happend again that it won't detected by any PC or smartMoto.
