Box not connected problem


I have 1 philips 362 for flash after few seconds around 8% my box loose connection and show operation aborted.
When I go to settings and check for box, I receive message box not connected.
I have to reconnect my box and it does same thing.
Is my box damaged now or ....

try to updat the box
or send email to the support they will reply at the same time

ur box is totaly damaged ...........;i lost my first box with same case in flashing sendo phone .....
box still detcted by pc and not detcted by soft ... and surly u make a short circuit between RT.TX or GND in flaching procces
you dont have any chance to make updte

try to conect ur resseler

But, I think that it's only my hardware that is damadge. So @multibox team is it possible to get only the box without simcard ?

Only SET (HW + SIM) . Pleas dont open BOX! (Waranty).
