E259 reset code - GSM-Forum

I have 2 alcatel E259 phones that needs the "reset code"

When I read the codes with multibox it gives me:

Reset code: 7995411439
NCK code: 3429063402
NSCK code:
SPCK code:
CCK code:
PCK code:
Reset code should be used after entering bad unlock code for too many times

So I enter in phone: 7885411439 but "Wrong Code"

I tried factory reseting the phone by ###847## but still asking for reset code

Any help please?

sir your code it's wrong that true code reset ###847# just one diese in final not two

I confim this code resets user code

thanks but read carefully please, it's RESET CODE not user code.

Reset code is always the same, always "7995411439" but when I enter this code the phone gives "wrong code" message

What kind of code phone asks from you?

Loading Flashloader in RAM ... OK

they say with sim '" Sim Blocked call provider "
sim is ok i try 3 diffrent sims

Use direct unlock dunction it is easy for you I think.

So Before Unlock Again The Phone, Try To Enter The Master Reset Code ###847# (With Sim Inside). And Try To Do Direct Unlock Once Again.
