Problem multibox update Help - GSM-Forum

i have a prblem with my multi-box ask me to update and after i do it dont reconaisme the softwre the led turn on and the is power on but the digital numeric led no turn on only i can work eith derial ports, the smart card dosent work

You need to update your box with TSM tools,
tested by me.

For box UPDate use UPDATE TOOL v.1.4

i'v had the same problem and i solved but u must use update tool v 1.4
normaly it's gives u the same error u must log inn at support page with your id and ask at onlinne support for solution and they make your box after thath u can make update box is ok 100% afther that
