Verify card Reader.
Clean Card and see Reader.
Change USB port.
I never have any problem Update Pkey with Firewall or any antivirus.

you must first extrack the rar file to c:/odeon/jaf
din after that update the p-key

then update p-key

]use the new update .59

i have solved my problem by myself by using 1.98.58 version of jaf

use jaf 1.98.58 setup to do your update pkey .get it yer http://support.****************/files/JAF_Main_Software/
