I think 3110c has unsupported flash by BB5 Box. Phone has K5G5629ATB flash chip inside.

Try to downgrade to 4.91
Maybe something wrong in SP area and at downgrade phone remake himself SP area.
If still not work, you have a problem, mainly with external power supply, because 3110 NEED external power.
Check if your box have 7805 stabilisator modification inside. If it have, supply box with over 6 volts (7.5 v).
