3110c unlocking problem plz help me

hi

i tried to unlock 3110c with bb5box..but i cnt do it for some reasons. i tried putting ground to diferent locations but still i cant do it. i also tried to downgrade the phone from V5.50 to V5.01. but still didnt help me. i tried abwt 2 ground on PCB but still same thing...can any help me plz thanks here is the log

i tried it many times but still same thing even i tried with external power as well but no chance to get it unlock...

Response Byte 55: is No communication with handset.
Response byte 08: is either bad TP or bad earth. Move earth closer to TP (on a sheild or exposed tracks on board.)
Try process again and post results.
