write back-up pm then unlock again...must be correct tp and hold it for 2-3secs it will unlock...

Enable full factory defaults or make this oparation manualy, maybe you have user code activated.

Hello!
Use updater and downgrad your box to firmwaire 11,then use v0.0.3.1 work fine for me!

Already full flash and set full factory setting

test points are clear and good
17 for clk and 24 for data

try downgrade box firmware to ver 7,8,9 got the same error
TP picture on support are different board with i worked it

tomorow will try downgrade to ver 11 and use bb5 box ver 031 then post the result

after change data and clk cable with better one..

some info again...

phone not unlocked perfectly...

can enter normal mode, it's show always back to offline mode "UNABLE TO CHANGE MODE"

what real problem here????

what should i do next?? write again lock PM and retry UNLOCKING AGAIN????

please give an option to disable UNLOCK BY KEYPAD IN NEXT UPDATE...

so we can choose to only unlocking using FBUS CABLE..

phone completed unlock perfect with soft 0.32 and after that do manually factory default from phone menu of course in offline mode.
with soft 0.33 always says unlock fail 08bytes

with 0.31 Unlocked ok but can change profile to normal..

better fix this kind of bugs in next update...

i solved this problem when relock again the phone and make unlock with 0.32 software..

now phone workin perfectly.....

i'm sure that was bug from soft..
