Maybe its a hardware problem caused by you during unlocking.

or whats happen explain clear.
I never seen this kind of fault before.

NOKIA 6280 is a bit difficult to unlock, even in other boxes.. maybe you can state what happen, or possible, some images of the board and TP location so that we can asses what really happens and look for possible solutions.
