It was v4.71 but the same:

Reading phone...Type: RM-217, Ver: 05.50
Reading imei...
Imei: 356436010373351
Reading HW ID...1001
Found general data...
Waiting for TP confirmation............Sending code...
Error unlocking! Code: 08

Tryed with JAFplus and JAFmexico, allways 08, newest ini from this forum.

also 6300 black for vodafone australia sapnsion chip with version 4.71 and 5.50 and 5.00 does not work any solution

This all tested by my.first check flash ic number and flash with compatible software.

6300 SEC 719 SF75 V5.00
6300 SEC 740 SF75 v5.50
6300 SPANISON V5.00
6300 SEC 722 SF75 V5.00
6300 SEC 743 SF75 v 5.50

And there is not talk about processor manufacturer.

And i see that noone can answer.
Today i checked it 2nd time. 6300 spansion v5.50 - NOT SUPPORTED

Maybe Raskal help to JAF Coder, becouse BB5BOX did unlock this 6300 without any problem.

In this thread you should find the versions you should be able to unlock without any problems

Sharaz has given a list of the 6300's that can be unlocked, please just go by that list and you should be able to unlock your phones, if you just want to moan when non support people have tried to help you, then please just contact Raskal via PM.

6233 v 3.70 error code 08 - can't unlock too.
With v 5.43 gues what? code 08!!!!
I can write that JAFplus is worst device to BB5 unlock.

With BB5box not succes.(Raskal, come back to work and help to JAF coder)

And with MT-lite i did unlock this 6233 at first try.

trust me i do not want to moan i want unlocks to be done, i tried alll versions on spansion 6300 black but non worked. i have a big faith in jaf team and that is why i buy its products but when i see a lot of bb5 boxes supporting 3500, etc and not jaf plus than i have the right to ask why.
