p-key problem for mr. Andres - GSM-Forum

Dear mr. Andres i try to update my pkey and after that is not working,
when i open my JAF programe only the pkey appears instead of dct4 bb5 only the pkey appears,what should i do?
need your help cos i no you can help me.thaks

try to uninstal and reinstal your jaf sw from pc and try again.

i have the same problem, it was asking to update the key but when i updated, it comes on but does not show bb5 or dct4 etc but only PKEY.i tried even to unstall and reinstall it but still the same.help please

use the latest version 48

Hello, Mr Andres, i am new in this forum. May i ask if i have the same problem as Mr roger adjei, but for my case, i cannot able to get into the jaf, it state there "P-KEY dongle not detected. Please insert activated dongle." then what can i do? my version is 47, if i cannot launch the jaf, what should i do to get the latest 48 version? thanks a lot on your informations.

first, uninstal jaf sw from your pc, restart pc and instal the new version...

hell mr raskal ...when i go to support for flash files p-key connected web page opens and says user name and password incorrect..
when i check login staus and connect to one of your support sites it says please update your p-key ...i have done that still no support to download flash files...
and when i connect box and p-key cannot get window to open jaf 198,52
